Uniform T-Shirts for 2016-2017
by Anne Thompson - Wednesday, May 11, 2016, 02:54 PM

Exciting News for AEP!

Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, we are introducing a new option for dress code-the uniform t-shirt. Students will be permitted to wear the current year’s spirit shirt to school every day in lieu of a uniform polo shirt with uniform bottoms. One design will be used and be offered in red and navy and in cotton and dry fit material. The same design will be used for several years. These new spirit shirts will be the only t-shirts students will be permitted to wear to school, even on Fridays. Please note that the uniform t-shirt is not a requirement. Students may continue to wear white, red or navy polo shirts any day of the week. This addition to our uniform policy will not affect sweatshirts or school approved jackets.

You may view the t-shirt design by clicking on the link at the top right of this page that says '2016-2017_uniform_shirts.docx'.

An order form to purchase uniform t-shirts can be found on the top of the main menu on the left. To ensure that your t-shirts will be available when school starts, pre-order your shirts by filling out the form and return the form and payment to A E Phillips office by dropping it off or mailing it to P O Box 10168, Ruston, LA, 71272. The cutoff date for pre-orders is June 15th. Additional shirts will be available in the fall but sizes cannot be guaranteed if not pre-ordered.
